To support the academic requirements of the staff and students, college has a wellstocked library having separate stacking and reading areas, and it subscribes to more than 180 international and national journals. It has more than 20,000 text & reference books and around 1500 CDs/VCDs etc. Around 400 books on general topics have also been added. The study room of the library is going to be centrally air-conditioned. A multimedia Lab. is attached for showing audio-video courses.

College Library has DEL-NET membership through which faculty members as well as students can have access to the required books on loan or any article needed for research work from any library around the world, which is connected through this network, thus providing a new world of library network.

On-line International Journals

To update their knowledge at international level, the students and staff have been provided with access to 140 ON-LINE IEEE INTERNATIONAL JOURNALS on http://ieeexplore.ieee.org

EDUSAT of AICTE Linking of College for Satellite Comm. Enabled Education.
We are in the process of linking our college under EDUSAT. The EDUSAT, India's exclusive Satellite for education has been operational since October 23, 2004. The Ministry of HRD is in the process of developing effective network for satellite communication enabled education.The AICTE will develop course wise/topic wise lectures and also practical demonstration series which will be beamed to linked colleges. Under this scheme, we will be provided connectivity through Ku-band for an interactive classroom which will have a two-way video conferencing facility.

Book Bank for SC/ST Students

A books bank exclusively for SC/ST students has been established in the Library by the Government of Punjab, in which there are 1770 books at present, which are issued to SC/ST students only.

VSJ Book Bank

In the sweet memory of late Sh. Vinod Singh Jaswal, a book bank called VSJ Book Bank has been established in the library by the efforts of the students, in which donated books are kept. At present there are 721 books in this book bank.
