Campus
The college has a sprawling pollution free campus spread over 175 acres of land in the heart of Fateharh Sahib. Fatehgarh Sahib has an ideal geographical location with the proximity to three important cities of the region i.e. Chandigarh, Ludhiana and Patiala. The college is located at 5 km from Sirhind Railway Station, 42 km from Chandigarh, 65 km form Ludhiana and 35 Km from Patiala.



Administrative/Academic Blocks
The college has two beautiful and magnificent Administrative Blocks namely Panth Rattan Jathedar Gurcharan Singh Tohra Blocks- South Block and North Block, which house well designed airy lecture halls, library, tutorial rooms, well furnished seminar halls, laboratories, computer centre, drawing halls and administrative offices.


Workshop Block

The workshop block, which is really an architectural marvel, has 1500 square meters of covered area. All the requisite shops, as per the degree requirement, for all the streams of engineering, are available and are equipped with modern equipment. The workshop block houses Machine Shop, Welding Shop, Carpentry Shop, Fitting Shop, Foundry Shop and Smithy Shop.


Auditorium

A centrally Air-Conditioned, marvellous and state of art auditorium is constructed with seating capacity of 750 persons. It is named after the great Sikh Scholar Giani Dit Singh Ji. It provides ideal environment to conduct extracurricular activities in the college.





Student Centre
A state of art Student Centre provides students with a place to interact during off hours. It comprises of a spacious Canteen, a Fruit Shop, a PCO and a Cyber Cafe.









Seminar Halls
The college can boast of well-designed and well-equipped air-conditioned seminar halls. These seminar halls serve as a platform for conducting various lectures/seminars of prominent personalities from industrial as well as academic background. The seminar halls are equipped with Multimedia LCD projector, high quality sound system, over head projector, computer and internet access.


Faculty & Staff Residences
Sufficient accommodation for the faculty as well as staff is available in the form of 24 B-Class (faculty houses), 32 C-Class and 8 D-Class (non-teaching flats).


Guest House

A beautiful guest house with an estimated cost of Rupees Thirty-five Lacs has been constructed recently.






Gymnasium/Sports Facilities
To provide facility of indoor games like Chess, Table Tennis and Badminton to the students, an international standard gymnasium named after Sher Mohammad Khan has been constructed, wherein modern equipments/machines for physical exercises have been installed, in addition to different play courts. For outdoor games, college sports complex comprises of various grounds viz. Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Hockey, Kabaddi, Lawn Tennis, Basketball, Handball ground and a 400-meter Athletic Track.


Sports Stadium
To provide better sports facilities to the players and seating facility to the spectators to watch sports comfortably, the foundation stone of a beautiful stadium has been laid recently and the construction work is under way. Sports Stadium will incur an expenditure of Rupees Forty Lacs.


Swimming Pool
An international standard open air swimming pool is under construction and is likely to be completed by July, 2008. An estimated expenditure of Rupees Fifty Lacs will be incurred on it.


Boys Hostels
The college has sufficient arrangement for residential students with three hostels for boys namely, Baba Baaz Singh Hostel and Baba Binod Singh Hostel, having capacity to accommodate 450 students.


Girls Hostels
100% hostel accommodation is available for the girl students in the two girl hostels. The college has Mata Sahib Kaur girls hostel and the Bibi Bhani girls hostel with a capacity of 250 students each. Internet facility has been provided to the girl students in the Cyber Cafe in the Girls Hostels.

Electric Sub-Station/Gen Sets
The College has its own Electrical Sub station of 500KVA. In order to ensure uninterrupted Power supply College has two diesel generators with Capacity of 50 Kva and 150 KVA.

Digital ClassRooms
To improve the pedagogy, college have recently set up eight digital classrooms. These classrooms are equipped with multimedia projectors, computerand Internet Connectivity. Faculty makes use of power point presentation, audio and video clips for making the teaching and learning more effective and contemporary.
