1. Dr. Hapreet Singh, Dean (R&D) - Maharashtra State National Award for the Best Research Work done by Teachers of Engineering Colleges for the year 2007 by Indian Society for Technical Education, New Delhi.

2. Dr. Hapreet Singh, Dean (R&D) - Career Award for Young Teachers (CAYT) for the year 2006-07 by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi for his contribution to technical education and research proposal on ‘Role of Post-Coating Treatments on the Erosion-Corrosion Performance of the Thermal Spray Coatings’. The award consists of a research and development grant of Rs. 10.5 lacs.
